A Spanish Estate Agent is the representative and advisor for the vendor, from whom the agent receives a fee, and thus is first and foremost consideration is the vendor who is the Estate agents Client .

  • We can arrange transport to and from the Airport. There is a charge for this. However if you purchase a property with OPMS we will reimburse upto 500€ of your first initial costs.

Before you travel to Spain and we will help you to select a sample of properties that you would like to view. Our arrangements with the various vendors and Estate Agents and your inspection of the areas and the properties is free.
