The six main types of property listings are:
Villas and Semi Detached Villas: A selection of property currently for Sale.
Apartments and Penthouses: A selection of Apartments currently for Sale.
Town Houses and Village Houses: A selection of Town and Village Houses.
New Build Property: Currently not a lot of speculative new build property
Building land: There are Builders who will build property for clients.
Something Special and Finca property: A Finca is usually a larger independent property on a plot.
Something Special: We think is better than the normal property.
Bargain and Distressed Property: A Bargain Property is not necessarily a cheap property.

The majority of the properties are listed with Estate Agents with whom we work within the Costa Blanca area of Spain.
We suggest you browse the Estate Agents websites for properties that meet your requirements.
Then make a selection of the property options you desire, we will then arrange an inspection tour of your choices.
The only exception is “SpainHouses.net” This is an advertising portal which promotes most of all the various properties For Sale.
If you should find a property within this advertising portal, we would have to contact SpainHouses.net direct.
SpainHouses.net will then introduce us to the Vendor or Estate Agent marketing the property, at a cost.

We are not Estate Agents we are Property Consultants, who assist ”Free of Charge” potential clients find, then purchase a property.
Working with the main agencies on the Costa Blanca, we source property for clients, be it either corporate or private clients.
We introduce clients either directly to a Vendor, or through an Estate Agent representing the Vendor, to a suitable property.
With the Estate Agent, or directly, our consultancy fee is paid by the Vendor (owner of the property) within the purchasing transaction.
We strongly recommend that all potential property purchasers appoint a Spanish solicitor.
You should never contemplate buying a property and paying anyone any monies (All Monies) especially in a Foreign Country.
No matter what anyone suggests or recommends a solicitor is your guide and legal help and represents you personally and not the Vendor.
On your behalf your appointed Solicitor should then be the only person paying out your money in the transaction of purchasing a property.
This way you always have a statement and a record of the monies you have paid.
If you do not want a solicitor then unfortunately we cannot deal with you.
From experience we are aware of what the pitfalls can be.
We can offer our clients a property inspection.
Should you find a property you would like to purchase, but have some concerns or reservations, we can offer the following:-
We can arrange for an inspection of a property on any of the areas where you have a concern by a building contractor, with whom we work
We can also arrange an estimate on any works you may consider doing.
These estimates and inspections are approximate valuations only to give you an idea of costs and viabilities.
There is a nominal fee for these inspections, which is refundable should you then purchase the property with us, OPMS.
