These are the 16 main areas from Alicante in the South to Valencia in the North. From Alicante to Valencia it is 165km and approximately a two hour drive.
Within each location you will also find the various small towns and villages of the Costa Blanca. We are based in the Denia Area which is approximately central.

We are not Estate Agents and we do not have an office with a window full of property adverts.
We will however advise and promote a property for sale for selected Clients within our Private Vendor List on our website.
This usually includes Clients we have been involved with and for Solicitors acting on behalf of their clients.
The marketing of these properties is usually via the established and trusted Estate Agents we work with.
Thereby through us instead of being listed with one Estate Agents you are listed with various Agents along the Coast at no extra Cost

By choosing a location all the Estate Agents listed in this area will be advertising the properties they have in the area.
Costa Blanca Area if you choose this area all the Estate Agents listed will be showing you all the properties they have on the Costa Blanca between Alicante to Valencia.
Your Sales commission is agreed with us and if the Sale is via one of the other Agents they get a percentage of the agreed Sales Commission you have with us.

This is very important when looking for and choosing a property on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The format to our service is simple
Working with the main agencies on the Costa Blanca, we source property for clients, be it either corporate or private clients.
We introduce clients either directly to a Vendor, or through an Estate Agent representing the Vendor, to a suitable property of their choice.
With the Estate Agent, or directly, our consultancy fee is paid by the Vendor (owner of the property) within the agreed purchasing transaction.
We always strongly recommend that all potential property purchasers appoint a Spanish solicitor to act for them.
You should never contemplate buying a property and paying anyone any monies (All Monies) especially in a Foreign Country without a solicitors advice.
No matter what anyone suggests or recommends a solicitor is your guide and legal help and represents you personally and not the Vendor.
On your behalf your appointed Solicitor should then be the only person paying out your money in the transaction of purchasing a property.
This way you, the purchaser, always has a statement and a record of the monies you have paid in the purchasing process.
If you do not want a solicitor or are not prepaid to appoint one then unfortunately we cannot deal with you.
In the purchasing process the costs are minimal for the protection you receive. From experience we are aware of what the pitfalls can be and we protect our clients.

The only remuneration we receive is if you purchase a property with our assistance.
This also is of no extra cost to the vendor. When the vendor markets a property with an Agent the commission is agreed between the vendor
and the Agent prior to the property being marketed. If the agent sells the property directly he retains the commission.
If the Agent sells the property by a third party there is a prior agreement on the commission both Agenesis will receive.

If during your search within the various recommended agencies you find possible properties, send us the property reference and agents name via email and we will load the information into your property portfolio which will be available online.
